If you're anything like me, there are probably a few Food Network shows you have watched in the past. However, you may not have been able to watch them anymore. Here are some of my favorites: The Sandra Lee Show, Guy Fieri's show, Alton Brown's show, Ree Drummond's show, and Alton & Ree's cooking program. I binge-watched many of these same shows. I will miss them all!

Ina Garden's show

Ina Garden's food network old shows are worth seeing, even for the nostalgic reasons. Ina is an expert in cooking and food. Ina's signature style of entertaining and cooking can also be seen on her food network programs. Her past pastry chef career has seen her create more than 30 cookbooks, and she won many awards. But her TV personality is what makes her food networks shows so popular. Her shows mostly reflect her gastronomic life.

Ina Garten's first cookbook was published in 1999, and she soon followed it up with a television show of the same name. Ina Garden's popularity never waned after the show became a massive success for Food Network. The show's popularity is growing and it's possible it will be renewed or even revived on another channel. Her new show "Be My Guest", will be broadcast by Discovery Plus and Food Network. But, the former will continue working with other projects.

Guy Fieri's show

Guy Fieri's old Food Network shows can be viewed again. Guy Fieri, who is searching for the perfect po’boy, continues the series in New Orleans. He also meets Aaron Sanchez to learn how ceviche is made and how to make soft-shell crab sandwiches. He also makes a canoe-tour down the bayou and cooks a festive crawfish boiling.

Guy Fieri was an entrepreneur who sold soft pretzels and other street foods before he became famous on The Food Network. He started selling pretzels at events and built a tricycle bike cart with his father. The profits helped him pay for his studies in France. Alton Brown's show

It can be hard to watch a celebrity take such a huge leap from print and TV, but her show is definitely worth your time.

How to cook a Steak

The thickness and cooking method of any kind of meat will affect the way it is cooked. Thicker steaks should be cooked over low heat. Thicker steaks will need to cook at higher temperatures.

Don't overcook them as they will lose flavor. Remember to take your steak out of the oven when it's done. You won't burn.

Cooking times will vary depending on how large the steak is and what degree of doneness you desire. Here are some guidelines to help you get started:

Medium Rare: Cook the meat until it reaches medium rare (63°C). This should take between 3 and 5 min per side.

Medium: Cook till medium. This usually takes only 6 minutes per side.

You are done when the internal temperatures reach 180°F (82°C). This takes between 8 and 12 minutes per side.
